About
Built by someone who watched good calls get lost
Dialed Sales is a cold call tracker for teams that live on the phone — log the dial, set the next step, work it on its day.
Why it exists
Most sales software is built for pipelines that move slowly and deals that are documented carefully. High-activity dialing teams do not work that way. A rep makes eighty calls, hears "call me Thursday" four times, and everything depends on whether those four promises made it somewhere that will surface them on Thursday.
Full CRMs can hold that information, but the cost of entering it — the fields, the stages, the required properties — means it does not get entered between dials. So the promise lives in a notebook, a phone reminder, or memory. That is where revenue leaks.
Dialed Sales does one loop and does it fast: log the outcome in about ten seconds on a phone, attach a dated follow-up, see what is owed today, and give the owner live per-rep numbers without a report request.
Who runs it
Dialed Sales is built and operated by Garrett Hanson in Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a small, independent product — support emails are answered by the person who writes the code, and product decisions come from talking to the teams that use it, not a roadmap committee.
That shapes what gets built. Every feature request is measured against one question: does this make the dial-log-follow-up loop faster, or does it add another field a rep has to fill in between calls?
What we deliberately leave out
- Long onboarding, data imports, and configuration projects.
- Dozens of pipeline stages nobody maintains.
- Forcing reps to invent deal values on a cold dial.
- Marketing automation suites bolted onto a phone workflow.
Teams that need a full CRM for closed business often run both. For the dialing loop itself, lighter wins because it actually gets used.
