We want you to be happy with Dialed Sales. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date. This applies to new subscriptions and to your first payment after starting a paid plan.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@dialedsales.com with your order number and we will help process the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and considered case-by-case. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service — your account remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to a read-only state while Paddle retries the charge. You can update your payment method through Paddle to restore full access.
